PANDAS PV ENGINE ALPHA
Very experimental prototype designed to help me create lyric videos faster, manually keyframing and timing text is a nightmare. No custom font or animation support yet, and no mp4 output so I've just been screen recording in OBS. Audio import, animations and kinetic typography etc will be more in the future. This was a prototype i started yesterday.

customizable image/video background (png, jpg, and ogv for now)
coming soon - image/video backgrounds, animated text, keyframing and drawing tools, native mp4 export and native audio support with bpm sync and basic midi support, and a stock font library for immediate custom font use.

Whisper AI (Free) can transcribe into SRT files. I used ATrain (Atrain) for whisper - easy simple gui and fast and accurate as I have found. Lyric to video was a painful adventure. lol - This will take lyrics, transcribe them, and then you can import into any video editing software that lets you upload srt files and then boom you can even fancify your text and edit with ease. - Hope this helps! Ive made tools to make my life easier and it is time consuming and not as fun as what you want to use them for lol so hope this can save ya some time.
